Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Active sourcing: (LinkedIn, groups, referrals) Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Vendor management: Collaborate with external sourcing partners, define briefs, track OKRs, and monitor lead quality.
  • Full-cycle recruitment: Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Reporting & analytics: Track and report on key recruitment KPIs, Time-to-Hire, Conversion Rates, Diversity metrics, and more.
  • Strategic partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and across departments, to align on hiring needs, meet recruitment goals, and continuously improve our processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • No prior recruitment experience needed, but familiarity with the tech industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical goals.
  • A self-starter with strong ownership, driven to move fast and deliver results.
  • Great people skills, you connect easily with candidates, collaborate well with the team, and create a positive, human experience in every interaction.
  • Excellent English (reading & writing) and native-level Hebrew.

Employment Terms:

• Part-time (~20 hours per week), flexible schedule
• Optional: Freelance / invoice-based arrangement
• Fixed monthly compensation
