Operations Manager

Overview

We are a small, but growing startup that is looking for a an ambitious operations manager to join our team. This is a critical position that shapes the day-to-day operations of the company., which means that you will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of our company culture.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a strong foundation in full-stack development, and is excited about the potential of our business. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently, and have a strong track record of delivering impactful and business-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping tasks such as ensuring that all expenses have invoices/receipts, paying suppliers, and managing the office budget.
  • Office management responsibilities which may include managing office supplies, maintaining the cleanliness of the office, and handling access to the office for employees and visitors.
  • HR responsibilities that may include helping with the recruitment process, tracking the progress of recruitment efforts, and using various channels to find potential candidates.
  • Responsible for acting as a personal assistant (PA) for the company's leadership team. The responsibilities include managing calendars, handling emails and setting up regular meetings (cadences).
  • Organizing company events, such as company outings, team building activities, professional meet ups.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English & Hebrew.
  • Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Service oriented, friendly and approachable with a can do attitude.
  • Excellent communicator who is able to work effectively across the organization.
  • Strong attention to details and follow-up; with you, no detail gets lost.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different types of people and roles.
  • Agile, flexible, and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Self-starter, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
