Junior GTM Builder
What You’ll Do
This is a highly flexible and cross-functional role focused on execution excellence. You’ll work closely on marketing automation, product marketing, sales enablement, data analysis, content creation, and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) process. You’ll wear many hats to help us build and optimize our marketing funnels, enhance user acquisition, and ensure smooth, detail-oriented execution across multiple marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Execution: Collaborate with sales, marketing, CS and product teams to implement go-to-market initiatives effectively.
- SDR Execution: Execute SDR processes using Alta’s AI-powered platform — including identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads — to drive sales pipeline progress efficiently and at scale.
- Sales Outreach: Develop and send organized, targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage potential customers.
- Marketing Automation: Set up and manage precise automation workflows (using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Zapier) to enhance marketing and sales operations.
- Data & Analytics: Closely monitor and analyze performance data, clearly report KPIs, and suggest actionable improvements based on detailed insights.
- Sales Enablement: Create and optimize clear, effective resources for the sales team, such as pitch decks, case studies, and presentations.
- Product Marketing: Support in developing precise product positioning and clear messaging to effectively communicate the product's value to potential customers.
- Website & SEO: Contribute to organized, optimized website content creation, SEO strategies, and landing page designs to improve conversion rates.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with HubSpot and AI-powered marketing and sales tools.
- 3 years experience in Software/SaaS companies
