Junior Developer

Overview

We are a small, but growing startup that is looking for a talented and experienced full-stack developer to join our team. You will be one of our first developers, which means that you will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of our technology and platform.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a strong foundation in full-stack development, and is excited about the potential of our business. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently, and have a strong track record of delivering impactful and business-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's core platform, including the front-end, back-end, and database.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Help shape the direction of the company's technology and platform, and contribute to the design and architecture of the systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-stack development, with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in Typescript and Javascript, as well as experience with databases and infrastructure.
  • DevOps experience and a security-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in a data company, and a deep understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different types of people and roles.
  • Agile, flexible, and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Self-starter, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
